75 Rox Hard: Take 3 Day 1

2 August 2024. Day 1/75.

Yeah. I guess this is the reality of it. I keep having to start over because for some reason I can’t get through the reading portion. I have God-awful ADHD and sometimes routines get so hard for me. So I guess I have to start even smaller and just do something that’s a little bit more manageable. And that’s okay. I’ll get where I want to be eventually. So instead of reading 5-10 pages a day, I’m going to learn one new thing a day, and I can absorb that information through talking to friends, reading, listening to podcasts/audiobooks, etc. As long as I’m learning something new, I think that’s the important thing to focus on. So I guess I will be sharing some sort of fun fact here every day now instead?

Here we go:

  1. Get out of bed within 10 minutes of waking up every single day
    • Yupppp. Got out of bed FAST this morning!
  2. Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day
    • tomato
    • onion
    • lime
    • cilantro
    • peach
  3. Walk at least 1 mile a day
    • 4.70 miles!! wooooo. 45 floors in 20 minutes on the stairmaster!! Got in an early morning workout at 6am then I went out at night and we walked around the area.
  4. Learn one new thing:
    • I learned a cool story about the venue that my friends and I went to at night. One of my best friends is a film girl and she knows a lot about super cool film lore. It’s always fun to go out in Hollywood. I’ve lived in LA for most of my life and I never ever ever ever take it for granted, but I think I appreciate the beach and the mountains the most. In a crazy way, sometimes I forget that Hollywood is literally right there. It’s hard not to feel like a main character when you live in LA. I love Southern California with all my heart.
  5. Spend at least 10 minutes a day on a creative hobby (watercolor, writing, etc.)
    • wrote a lil bit.
  6. Clean one space every day
    • washed my beddings

Sidequest Updates:

  1. Go to one new place I’ve never been to before OR do one new thing I’ve never tried before
    • went to a new bar!
  2. Write a to-do list for the week every Sunday
  3. Get Google Ads Display Certification
  4. Get Google Ads Search Certification
  5. Start studying for GMAT
  6. Go to one Toastmasters meeting
