I was listening to The Mel Robbins Podcast today and she was talking about how her husband completed the 75 hard challenge 4 times. It inspired me to make a challenge of my own inspired by that. I felt like the actual 75 hard challenge would be too much for me right now and if it feels that impossible then I know I won’t be able to stay on task with it. I also have different goals that I want to hit.
My name is Rox and I like the pun so this is now going to be my 75 Rox Hard Challenge haha. Today is July 15. I am going to start it tomorrow, July 16, 2024, and I suppose I will be tracking my thoughts and progress here on this blog. 75 days from now is September 29, 2024. If I miss one day, then I will start the challenge over.
Here are my rules:
- Get out of bed within 10 minutes of waking up every single day
- Eat at least 5 fruits/vegetables a day
- Walk at least 1 mile a day
- Read 10 pages of any book a day
- Spend at least 10 minutes a day on a creative hobby (will probably be watercolor and writing)
- Clean one space every day
I am also going to have a few side quests of weekly challenges because there are things that I want to incorporate into my life a bit more, but I don’t think I have the daily energy or need to do them absolutely every single day.
- Go to one new place I’ve never been to before OR do one new thing I’ve never tried before
- Write a to-do list/goal list for the week every Sunday
And also a few overall goals/sidequests that I want to be done with by the end of the challenge.
- Get Google Ads Display Certification
- Get Google Ads Search Certification
- Start studying for GMAT
- Go to one Toastmasters meeting
